About the Author
Andrew "Drew" Eubanks was raised near the sunny beaches of Brevard county Florida, where he grew to love the surf and sun. At the age of sixteen he became an Eagle Scout, the highest rank that can be achieved in the Boy Scouts of America. The social skills and ethics of hard work and leadership served him well when he joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating from Titusville High School in 2002. During his time in the Marine Corps, Drew was in charge of over 50 other Marines and millions of dollars of heavy equipment and hazardous waste disposal. During this time, he gained a love of fitness that still carries on today - through countless hours of exercise and a mostly organic diet. Drew believes that the self-discipline one must have to keep the body sharp carries over to the mind. His commitment to his health is a commitment that carries onto all aspects of his life, including sales. After four years in the Marine Corps, Drew acquired a position as a salesman for a midsized auto dealer in eastern North Carolina. After showing continued success in his ventures, he was eventually given the opportunity to manage a small hyundai dealership in south Georgia. There, he successfully took the dealership from an average of 6 cars per month to selling 47 in his first month. Today, Drew resides in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina with his girlfriend Britni and his six year old daughter Alize. Here he has combined the values of honor, courage and commitment that he learned in the Marine Corps and the salesmanship learned through out his auto sales career into a new passion. Drew's love for business has led him to a new venture that he hopes will provide a great service to the public in their auto buying experience. Though, Drew's work has often involved motor vehicles, his true passion in life is real estate. This started at a young age with a love of skylines and the complexities of architecture. Drew believes that real estate, more than any other business combines his appreciation for skylines with his love of helping people to make their dreams come true. Drew's newest venture is the beginning of what will lead him to one day change a skyline!

Laying the groundwork for productivity and time management skills.

This book is great for those of us that want to get the most out of every day. People who want to get the most out of work, as well as their personal lives will find this book to be very useful, I like the way the author broke down productivity into eight standard principles (I'm not going to tell you what they are, because otherwise you won't need to read the book), but suffice it to say. They made me think. Some of them seemed like common sense and caused me to have an "why didn't I think of that" moment and others were very interesting concepts such as breaking the day into blocks or chunks so that it is easier to focus on one particular task without feeling overwhelmed or board. I also like how the book described the importance of making a plan of productivity for everyday and explaining why working the plan would eventually lead to being a more productive citizen.
I also like how the book gave examples of how to improve my morning routine so that I will start the day off on the right foot as often as possible, as well as provide me with more energy and a positive outlook that will ultimately lead to a greater level of personal happiness throughout the course of my life. Overall I found this book to be extremely useful, particularly given the price point, and I'm very glad to have come across it in my search for information about time management and productivity skills. It was very straightforward, easy to read which meant that putting all of these steps, and/or principles into practice. In my daily life was relatively simple which has allowed me to start using most of them without much deviation from my normal routine or inconvenience. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I will keep an eye on this author for future reference.

Concise Read... Solid principles.

This book goes straight to the real reasons that successful people are successful. They manage their time better and get more out of a day than most unsuccessful people do. This is a concise read that doesn't pull any punches. By following these principles, you can get better control of your time rather than time having control of you.
